Who will be in the room with you
My path has always centered around guiding others. For over twenty years, I have held space for people in their most vulnerable and transformative moments—whether as a chaplain at Massachusetts General Hospital, sitting at the bedside of the sick and dying, or as a Unitarian Universalist spiritual leader leading congregations through life's mysteries of joy, loss, and renewal. In every setting, the work has been the same: to witness, to hold, and to honor the sacred journey of another human being.
I was first introduced to meditation by my father when I was a child, and that simple act of sitting still, breathing, and listening shaped the rest of my life. Alongside meditation, psychedelics soon became a powerful teacher. For more than three decades, I have worked with these medicines for my own personal growth, learning to walk with them as allies in healing, creativity, and spiritual unfolding.
Eventually, my calling led me to the intersection of spirituality and technology. I founded EvolVR, the world's first virtual reality spiritual community, which later became part of TRIPP, a global leader in VR wellness. In these immersive spaces, I saw how people could open their hearts and explore their inner landscapes in ways that were surprisingly deep and real. It became clear to me that healing and transformation can take many forms, and that innovative tools can help us access timeless wisdom.
This journey naturally drew me toward natural medicine facilitation. I trained at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in their Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research program, one of the most respected programs in the field, and completed a practicum with InnerTrek in Oregon that included guiding and journeying in legal psilocybin retreat settings. These experiences deepened not only my understanding of natural medicine facilitation but also the humility and reverence required to accompany someone into such profound states of consciousness.
Now, based in Boulder, Colorado, I am among the first generation of practitioners working legally with psilocybin under the state's groundbreaking framework as a Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator. My approach is a weaving together of decades of meditation and psychedelic practice, years of pastoral and chaplaincy work, and my grounding in natural medicine facilitation. Whether supporting individuals navigating life transitions, seekers yearning for spiritual connection, or those simply exploring their own depths, I bring presence, skill, and care to each encounter.
"For me, this path is not about substances alone. It is about cultivating wholeness, reverence, and connection—with ourselves, with each other, and with the great mystery of life."
This is the journey I am on now: to offer my training, my presence, and my heart in service of those who feel called to the medicine.
Honest limits
It seems only fair to tell you what I am not. I am not a doctor, a psychiatrist, or a licensed therapist, and I do not diagnose or treat illness. I do not prescribe, and I will never ask you to change a medication on your own — that belongs to your prescriber.
I cannot promise an outcome. Some people come away with something that reorganizes their life, and some come away with a long, uncomfortable day and very little to show for it. I have no way to know in advance which one you will have.
And I will tell you when I think this is not right for you, or not right yet. That happens, and it is not a failure of the consultation — it is the whole point of having one.

If you want to talk
The first conversation is free and there is nothing to prepare for it. You can ask me anything, including whether I think this is a good idea for you right now. Sometimes I say no.
